Membership Requirements
Gravestone Precision Shooting is a members only outdoor shooting range. Anyone who can legally purchase, own, and possess firearms in the United States is eligible to apply for a membership. Based on the completion and results of the application process, membership approval is at the discretion of the owners.
- Membership is required for everyone ages 13+.
- Ages 13-17 may only become members as part of an annual or monthly family pass.
- Family passes include immediate family only (spouses and their children ages 13-17).
- The following guests are welcome with members:
- Children ages 12 and under are allowed to accompany a parent member and shoot free of charge once a waiver has been signed for the child.
- Non-shooting spectators (i.e., spouse, friend, etc.) will be allowed on the premises with a member free of charge but must sign a waiver before entry is granted.
- Individuals utilizing a “Buddy” pass will be allowed on the premises with a member to shoot free of charge but must sign a waiver before entry is granted.
- Ages 13-17 may only become members as part of an annual or monthly family pass.
- For the safety and security of our members and staff, background checks are run to ensure everyone at the range can legally possess a firearm.
- Once membership is approved, members may purchase individual or family annual, monthly, or daily shooting passes.
- Memberships and shooting passes are two separate things. Memberships grant approval to individuals to be a member of Gravestone. Shooting passes can only be purchased once membership is approved. Shooting passes grant members access to the range on an annual, monthly, or daily basis.
- Memberships are good for a lifetime unless a member goes without purchasing a shooting pass at least once per year (366 days+). Shooting passes are good for the duration in which they are purchased.
Membership Application Process
- Click the “APPLY NOW” button and complete the Gravestone Precision Shooting Application for Membership.
- Enter your credit card information to Pay the one-time per person $150.00 initiation fee (adults 18+ only). * Sales tax applies to all initiation fee transactions.
- Read the Registration Agreement terms and conditions. If you agree, check the box “I agree to the terms and conditions in this registration agreement and I will follow instructions on the next screen to complete my background check application.
- Click “Submit Registration.”
- A POP UP MESSAGE will appear. Follow the instructions and complete the Reliable Background Screening authorization form. (If you have a current Texas License To Carry, you may skip the background check and email us a picture of your LTC to info@shootgravestone.com instead).
Once we receive your application, initiation fee, and a clear Background Screening Report (or a picture of your LTC), you will receive an email with a link inviting you to register on Gravestone’s self-service portal. Then, you can follow the instructions below to complete your membership.
- Click “Accept Invitation” in the email you will receive inviting you to join our self-service portal (can take up to 24 hours to receive once you have submitted your information for the background check).
- Create your own username & password and then click “Register.”
- Follow the instructions on the Welcome Message to book a date/time to attend orientation. Once you have attended orientation, you are officially a member of Gravestone Precision Shooting.
* If you already know you want a membership, complete steps 1-5 online BEFORE coming to the range—this will make the process faster when you come out for the first time. You can also complete this at the range after you tour the facility to be sure we are a good fit for you!
Membership Orientation
Once the membership application process has been completed and Gravestone Precision Shooting has approved the member(s), a membership orientation must be completed.
- Registration for orientations will be available on the self-service portal schedule, or by appointment, and will include the following:
- review of range layout
- review of required safety plans, rules and regulations
- review appropriate fundamentals and equipment
- signing the Membership Agreement, Range Rules and Regulations Agreement, and the Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement
- purchasing a shooting pass
- gate access setup (for those who purchase a monthly or annual shooting pass).
Shooting Passes & Pricing (Once Membership is Approved-Not Sold On-line)
Membership is effective as soon as orientation has been completed. At this point, a member may purchase one of the following shooting passes. Credit and/or debit cards will be the only forms of payment accepted. The prices for shooting passes are as follows: *Sales tax applies to all shooting pass transactions.
- Annual: With initial purchase, each member will receive a free Gravestone Precision Shooting Range T-Shirt and one “Buddy” pass (2 for family passes).
- Individual Annual Shooting Pass: $900/year per person (on auto-draft renewal with a 30-day cancellation notice)
- Family Annual Shooting Pass: $1350/year per family (on auto-draft renewal with a 30-day cancellation notice)
- Monthly: With initial purchase, each member will receive a free Gravestone Precision Shooting Range T-Shirt and one “Buddy” pass (2 for family passes).
- Individual Monthly Shooting Pass: $95/month per person (on auto-draft with a 30-day cancellation notice)
- Family Monthly Shooting Pass: $140/month per family (on auto-draft with a 30-day cancellation notice)
- Daily: With initial purchase, each member will receive one free “Buddy” pass
- Daily Shooting Pass: $55/day per person (Daily passes are individual only and not offered as a family pass)
Annual Shooting Pass Description
- For members who purchase an annual shooting pass, gate access becomes active the day orientation is complete and the annual shooting pass has been purchased.
- Annual passholders will have gate access to the range one hour prior to opening business hours to allow preference on firing lines and tactical bays (access granted from 8am-6pm).
- However, if an annual passholder is accompanied by a guest, they may not access the range until 9am when the office opens. (All guests must check in at the office upon arrival and sign a waiver before entry is granted).
- All members on an annual family shooting pass must scan in at the gate upon arrival (i.e. Mom, Dad, & Children ages 13-17: all must scan their individual gate access device prior to driving through the gate).
- Annual passholders will have gate access to the range one hour prior to opening business hours to allow preference on firing lines and tactical bays (access granted from 8am-6pm).
- Annual shooting passes will automatically be renewed on the same date annually.
- A renewal notice will be sent to members with annual shooting passes 2 months prior to the renewal date as a reminder that they will be charged for the next annual shooting pass and to give notice of any price changes.
- The member’s credit card on file will automatically be charged for the next annual shooting pass on the date of renewal unless 30 days prior written notice to cancel the annual shooting pass has been provided.
Monthly Shooting Pass Description
- For members who purchase a monthly shooting pass, gate access becomes active the day orientation is complete and the monthly shooting pass has been purchased.
- Monthly passholders will have gate access to the range one hour prior to opening business hours to allow preference on firing lines and tactical bays (access granted from 8am-6pm).
- However, if a monthly passholder is accompanied by a guest, they may not access the range until 9am when the office opens. (All guests must check in at the office upon arrival and sign a waiver before entry is granted).

- Monthly shooting passes will automatically renew on the 1st of each month.
- The first month will be prorated for the number of days left in the current month.
- From that point forward, the member’s credit card on file will automatically be charged for the next month’s shooting pass unless 30 days prior written notice to cancel the monthly shooting pass has been provided.
- Monthly passholders will be notified about any price changes 2 months prior to any changes taking effect.
Daily Shooting Pass Description
- Members may purchase a daily shooting pass in the range office. In order for daily pass holders to obtain gate access, members must exchange their driver’s license for a gate access device. These members will need to return to the range office before leaving for the day, turn in the gate access device, and retrieve their ID.
- For members using a daily shooting pass, range access will only be granted during business hours on the date purchased (access granted from 9am-6pm).
Membership Promotions
- Active Military, Veterans, First Responders, and Educators with proper identification will receive 10% off all annual, monthly, and daily shooting passes.
- Members are encouraged to participate in our referral program. For every new membership established as a result of a referral from a current member, the current member will be offered $25 credit on their account that can be used for one of the following:
- $25 in store credit towards Gravestone merchandise or snacks and/or drinks
- $25 off on their next monthly/annual pass
- $25 off a one-day pass
* The term “current member” refers to individuals who have already completed the application process, gone through orientation, and have bought their first shooting pass.
Guest Management
- Members must be present with, and are responsible for, their guest(s) at all times, including children, non-shooting spectators, and those using a “Buddy” pass.
- Members are responsible for making sure their guest(s) check in at the range office and sign a waiver before entering the gate.
- Members are responsible for making sure their guest(s), follow all the range rules and regulations. They are also responsible for any damage incurred by their guests.
- Members are responsible for making sure their non-shooting spectators do not shoot or handle a firearm while on the range premises.
